You may return a watch within 15 days of the original purchase date if it meets the following conditions:
· The watch is in its original, unworn condition.
· All tags, stickers, and protective covers are intact.
· (If the protective cover has been removed, we must regretfully deny your request as it contravenes our return and exchange policies.)
· The watch is accompanied by the original packaging, including boxes and manuals.
· A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
Refund Process

After receiving approval, carefully package the watch and all accompanying items and ship it back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method.(Please use only local shipping courier or EMS shipping)

2. Exchange Policy
